Every contribution follows the project governance and security policy.

Sign commits and issues with your PGP key — unsigned mail is ignored for security-sensitive work.
Run the provided pre-commit hooks and open a draft merge request early so CI can guide you.
Introduce yourself via email with your area of interest (policy, security, ops).

All code lives on the self-hosted Gitea instance. Every decision is tracked in issues and merge requests.

Use PGP when you reach us. The project keys are pinned at /keys/; mail without a valid signature may be discarded.
